Booking & Payment Policy:

Luxury Island Collection takes all reasonable care to ensure that you will have an enjoyable holiday. We will be pleased to advise you on the holiday that will best suit your preferences and we recommend you also consult the information contained in this website.

Your contract is with Luxury Island Collection based Male', the capital island of the Republic of Maldives.

Please note that before entering the Maldives your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the period of your stay.

  1. Please refer to Luxury Island Collection booking policy
  2. Once we receive your booking request we will contact you to confirm room availability according to your holiday request. A deposit has to be paid to Luxury Island Collection for the confirmation depending on the period of the booking. All the payments should be received to Luxury Island Collection prior to arrival date of the guests. If the Balance payment is not received prior to the advised date at the time of the booking, the booking will be cancelled automatically as advised (Refer: Luxury Island Collection booking policy)
  3. On confirmation you will receive our Invoice with the payment and holiday details. Once we receive the payment as indicated in the invoice, you will be advised with a 'Holiday Voucher'.
  4. If the booking is made during the Peak Season, the full amount of the holiday package price has to be paid to Luxury Island Collection for the confirmation of the booking. You will be advised when these transactions occur and you will be issued with a 'Holiday Voucher'
  5. If the full payment is not received in the agreed time prior to your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled automatically.
  6. The originals of 'Holiday Voucher' will be handed to you on your arrival in the airport by our airport customer service representatives.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Refunds

    Refunds will apply for bookings cancelled according to the amount of notice and the period the notice has being given to Luxury Island Collection. Please refer to http://www.luxuryislandcollection.com/pay

    Any outstanding cancellations charges will be paid after deducting the total bank charges and a handling administration fee of $200.

    Cancellations made between 50 to 59 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund after deducting the total bank charges and a handling administration fee.

    A reservation will only be considered cancelled if you have received a cancellation number from our sales reservation center.

  2. Deposits

    No-shows and Early Departures will be charged 100% of the total holiday price.

Booking Amendment Policy:

  1. Amendments

    Where you have booked and received confirmation for a holiday product or services through Luxury Island Collection and you wish to amend the purchase in some way, we will make every effort to accommodate your revised requirements. Our ability to accommodate your requests will depend on a number of factors including: the amount of time available from when you initially advised Luxury Island Collection of the amendment to the date of commencement of the holiday; the nature of the amendment request; the time of the year; the scarcity of a particular product and our ability to source an alternate holiday product or service. In some cases, it will not be possible to fulfill your wishes due to the terms and conditions imposed by our accommodation and service providers.

    For these reasons, we urge you to be extremely thorough and check all details relating to your choice of holiday product or services prior to finalizing a purchase.

    All amendment will incur a one off handling administration fee of $200 together with any additional charges associated with the amendment.

  2. Withdrawal of Holiday Products & Services

    For whatever reason, Luxury Island Collection reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a holiday product or service. Should the situation arise where we are required or need to cancel a reservation or withdraw a holiday product or service for any particular reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and do our utmost to make satisfactory alternate arrangements for you. In the first instance, we will provide you with the option to choose a similar holiday to the original package and pay, or receive a refund of any price difference. If this is unsuitable, we will provide you with a full refund.

Pricing:

  1. Pricing Accuracy

    Holiday products or services including airfares, accommodation, transfers, exclusive offers and supplements are based on airfares, exchange rates and land and sea costs current at the time of printing. Luxury Island Collection reserves the right to amend such prices prior to the departure of any tours should any fluctuations in currency, increases in fuel costs, airfares, ground operator services or variation of the number of travelers occur.

  2. Credit Card Charges

    A Five (5%) surcharge should be added to the total price of the holiday if the payments are made by credit card. The fee is charged by the bank for the credit card processing.

Variations:

  1. LuxuryIslandCollection.com may at any time vary these terms and conditions of use (including without limitation LuxuryIslandCollection.com's conditions of purchase as set out below) with or without notice to you.
  2. You acknowledge that your continued use of the website and services provided herein after the variations of these terms and conditions of use shall constitute your acceptance of the same with immediate effect.

Complaints:

Luxury Island Collection strives to ensure your holiday will be an enjoyable, rewarding and memorable experience. Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday, please address your concerns to our CEO by email to ceo@luxuryislandcollection.com . Any unresolved complaints need to be submitted in writing to Luxury Island Collection within 21 days of departing from the Maldives. Please note that we will not be responsible for complaints lodged after 21 days of departing.
